About our group
Weekly runs:
Tuesdays- training on a Tuesday follows a cyclic pattern throughout the month. If you want to run on a Tuesday but don’t fancy the organised training, there will always be a group doing a more relaxed general run.
Week 1 - Speed work
Week 2 - Hills
Week 3 - Push it
Week 4 - Chill
Thursdays - runs catering for all abilities and distances take place on Thursdays. If you want to do a long fast run, there will be someone to go with. If you want a slow short run, there will be someone to go with. If you want anything in between, there will be someone for that too.
For both days, meet at Marford Hall at 8pm.
Regular runs also take place on Sunday mornings at 8am and there are ad-hoc runs through the week.
