Favourite training session: Hills with Fi - although they almost kill me, they really do help! and Simon's 'Special 'K's'

Top running tips: Never be afraid of asking for help or advice, try different technics to see what works for you as everyone is different, try all sorts of different runs you might surprise yourself of what you like the most but best of all enjoy and have fun.
Best and worst running moments:
Best run completing first half marathon - Best run 1st half marathon Lake Vyrnwy in September 2016 with the support of the training before the race from coach Fiona Leatham and team companionship on race day, not forgetting the donuts at the end from John Dillion! To be honest can't think of a bad one, might not of always had good timings but always enjoyed the time with the rest of the team.
