About our group
Welcome to our running group. Whitstable Road Runners is part of England Athletics Run together initiative. We will also be championing the #RUNANDTALK program aimed at helping people experiencing mental health issues. We are a all inclusive running group, where everybody learns to run properly with good form and injury free, increasing the longevity of your running journey and the benefits it delivers.
We're not fixated on you running 5k, 10k or ultra marathon distances. We teach you how to run and find your own pathway whilst providing support along the way.
