About this run

Our Sunday evening runs are for ladies only and sessions last for about 60 minutes. We are a friendly and supportive group and cater for all levels, from complete beginners, through to those comfortable running up to 10k. Our qualified run leaders take three different ability groups and as well as offering steady runs, we like to add variety to our sessions by offering drills, speed work, hills, and faster runs. Our routes from the Lock Keeper offer a mixture of canal tow path and trails. Parking details are included in your confirmation email when you book your session.
