I was never sporty when I was younger - but now I do love running! The feeling you get after is amazing! You also get a huge sense of achievement at Parkrun or an event but mostly I love how it helps me to combat stress and gives me time to think or work through situations."
I only started running in September 2018 with Coxhoe Runaways first c25km beginners group and I loved it! I've participated in lots of different events and distances since then including a Marathon!
I've got the running bug in a big way!
