We are a very friendly, informal group of all abilities, who enjoy a social run in each other's company. There is no charge to run with us but we do have a 'charity bucket' at each session that you are welcome to contribute to, although this is entirely voluntary. We change the charity we support 3-4 times a year. Our leaders hold the Leadership in Running Fitness qualification and are happy to advise on running matters or to signpost you to more appropriate sources of information if necessary. Having experienced difficulties himself, Doug is passionate about the benefits of running on mental wellbeing, and is an England Athletics Mental Health Champion and always available for a confidential chat if needed.
