About our group
We are a friendly running club based in Earlswood, covering everything from 5km to 10 miles and beyond. We can be found running around Earlswood, Redhill and Reigate, as well as further afield.
Earlswood Running Club was set up by Kate Holah in July 2018. Kate completed her Leadership in Running Fitness qualification through England Athletics, then started out by coaching a group of friends on a “couch to 5k” style programme. She really enjoyed seeing the group get enthused by running and making huge progress each week. Wanting to provide opportunities for them to keep running together once they “graduated” from the programme, the idea for Earlswood Running Club was born, with the first official run setting off from Earlswood Lakes on 4 September 2018. Kate is now an England Athletics Coach in Running Fitness and a Personal Trainer. The club has grown extremely well over the last 4 years, with a growing team of qualified leaders and an exciting timetable of runs.
Please take a look at our group running timetable and get in touch if you have any queries. Ideally, please either book online or make contact before joining a session. Payment is either by bank transfer in advance, or by contactless at the run. We aim to be cashless where possible!
