Our group GR8runners meets on a Wednesday evening at Windsor Leisure Centre, Stovell Road, Windsor. SL4 5JB at 6.30 pm. We vary our programme each week and we ensure it is inclusive to all. It doesn't matter if you are an absolute beginner, returning to running after a lay off or an experienced runner, our group can cater for your ability. We work hard but have fun too.
On a Thursday lunchtime GR8runners meet at 12:30 in Eastrop Park, Basing View in Bansingstoke. The group has runners of all abilities and each session is structured to ensure it is inclusive irrespective of ability.
