Sarah is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and runs her own business in Bath (Lillywhite Health & Fitness). She is also a keen runner and holds a Leadership in Running Fitness licence. Her passion for all things health, well-being, fitness and nutrition means she is the perfect person to support you along your running journey. Sarah is a huge advocate for complementing your running with strength and conditioning work, in order to prevent injury and make you a stronger and more stable runner. Sarah offers 1:1 sessions as well as group outdoor strength and conditioning classes every day that are suitable for all abilities from complete beginner to seasoned 'athlete'.
