About this run

Aimed at people who have run 10K at any pace and would like to improve their confidence, running technique, speed and stamina. Using a variety or different interval training sessions and running drills this is a technical course that will improve your technique and fitness. You'll be coached by Hannah Lees, founder of Hannah the Runner, and you'll have the ongoing support of our wonderful community.
