About this run

We've all been there – one minute you're regularly running and then something gets in the way (holidays or work or family or whatever) and somehow it's been too long since your last run. You've lost your nerve or your fitness or both. This five-week course will get you back on track and back up to 5K, so ditch the excuses and get back on it. Please be aware that this course is not suitable for complete beginners. It's for people who have done some running within the last six months or so, even if it's just a little bit. If you're starting from the couch we recommend joining one of our nine-week Couch to 5K courses.
