About this run

Aimed at runners who would like to improve their confidence, running technique, speed and stamina. Using a variety or different interval training sessions, strength training and running drills these sessions will improve your technique and fitness, speed and stamina. You'll be coached by Hannah Lees, founder of Hannah the Runner, and you'll have the ongoing support of our wonderful community.
