About this run

This 12 week course is aimed at people who have a mental health condition of any kind. Week by week we will progress gently from walking to running for small amounts of time and eventually to longer runs. You'll be coached by Hannah Lees who is a qualified running coach and England Athletics Mental Health Champion. The course is offered as part of the Get Set to Go programme with Mind, the mental health charity. If you sign up you will be contacted by Bath Mind with more information about the programme.
