About this run

These runs are aimed at people who have recently completed Couch to 5K (with us or on your own) and want to gain confidence at that distance. When you do a beginners course the distance increases every single week and you don't ever get a chance to feel like a run is easy - it's straight onto the next stage. On this block of six sessions Hannah will take you on a 5K run each week. There's no pressure to go faster or further – it's all about knowing that your graduation run wasn't a one-off, and slowly starting to feel happy at that distance. As well as the 5K weekly run we recommend two homework runs of 25-30 minutes... 3-4K... we'll encourage you to meet as a group to do these, and as always you'll have the support of the Hannah the Runner community to help you keep running.
