About this run

Our tried and tested beginners programme will take you from non-runner to running non-stop for 40 minutes - for most people that will be 5km or more. Group size is limited to 12 people and we will stay 2 metres apart throughout. If we are locked down again we'll restart as soon as we're allowed to. The course is designed for beginner runners of all ages, sizes, shapes and levels of fitness. Running has been shown to help with a wide range of health conditions and we will do what we can to support people with specific physical and mental health issues. Get in touch if you want to talk in confidence. Our groups are friendly and inclusive. Each week you'll have one coached session, same day, same time, same place. You'll then have two homework runs to do in your own time. The course costs £39 for nine weeks of coaching and support, and we hope that will just be the first step on your running journey with us.
