About this run
This is the group for you if: * you've done a couch to 5k or 0-30 minute running programme and want to keep going; * you're returning to running after injury, illness or pregnancy and want to build up gently overseen by a coach. * you've lapsed a bit and would like to get back into it, but aren't starting from scratch; * you want a gentle run with no pressure on time/distance; We will run (or run/walk) for 35-40 minutes (about 3 miles / 5km). You are welcome to bring babies/children in a suitable running buggy. No dogs (sorry).
