About this run

If you are a 5K runner who would like to increase your distance then join Clare on this 6 week course. Your coached group runs will include a mix of interval training to improve your fitness and progressively longer runs to get you to the magical 10K mark! Group size is limited to 12 people and we will stay 2 metres apart throughout.
