Bicester JogSquad (currently inactive):
We're an informal group that meets weekly to train together socially and not take our running too seriously!
We're supportive and only competitive with ourselves - to be better than our own best
Since 2017 we have held 375 RunTogether sessions for over 3000 runners. We're led by Michaela, a qualified Coach in Running Fitness. We also have a number of qualified Leaders in Running Fitness (LiRFs) to support our sessions.

We focus our Thursday evening JogSquad group on our 3 principles:
1. Social Squad - running events and sessions together, with plenty of themed runs, pub runs, curry runs and post run coffee sessions in a group of up to 24 runners
3. Community Squad means we'll continue to look for opportunities to support local events, either as volunteers or as fundraisers
3. YOUR Squad. In support of your running goals... so we want Your input. We'll invite any runner who runs with us regularly to join our closed Facebook group, and this is where we will plot and plan our year!

Sessions are bookable a few weeks in advance for just £3.95 per session. All bookings are non refundable.
