About Me: For nigh on 30 years I've been a walker rather than a runner. really do any running until starting with Ossy Joggers in January 2015 as a means to strengthen an ankle after injury as I was preparing for my first 100 mile walking event. Since then I've completed a few 10K's, with more to come, and have now capped it all by becoming an Ossy Joggers Run Leader.

Best piece of advice: You can achieve whatever you want to but you've certainly got to work at it.
