I completed the Couch 2 5K in April 2017 with Runnyhoneys and discovered a part of me that I didn't know was in there! I have loved learning how to develop this and pushing my boundaries to see what I can achieve.
As a run leader I am looking forward to being able to help others discover this in themselves and unlock a 'new you' !
