About this run

This is the group run to enjoy if you've only just completed a Couch to 5K or you're a returning runner after recovering from an injury or an absence from running. These runs are typically 40 mintes or so in duration but will be split up into phases with rests or walking or sometimes split into faster / slower sub-groups. No-one gets left behind, no-one should feel that they're holding us up. Turn up, chat to someone, keep moving and before you know it, you'll be looking forward to the next run! NB These runs are scheduled on TUESDAYS and Thursdays from w/c 10/06/19.
