About this run

Is it time to get after yourself? A taking stock session to see where you're at as a runner and plan the way forward. 1.5 hours with our Coach, Sue B (aka Head Honey) in the form of an "athlete assessment" - video gait analysis and measures of all aspects of fitness: endurance, speed, flexibility, strength and coordination. Outputs are : videos (to treasure!), an assessment output and an 8 week training plan (incorporating running with other exercises). It'll keep you busy. Sue has a Level 2 coaching qualification from UK Athletics.
