About this run

This course is aimed at getting you from not being able to run for more than a few minutes at a time, to being able to run steadily for 20-30 minutes. You might also like to consider a 5k Parkrun on completion of the course. The 6 week course consists of one session per week plus homework (additional runs and exercises as part of an overall fitness plan). Payment secures your place.
