Dave is passionate about helping people get into running, to get healthier and happier and to stay injury-free, so they can realise their true running potential. He particularly enjoys working with runners in the 40+ age range.
He's also been a runner for more years than he likes to admit and is a UK Athletics Coach in Running Fitness (CiRF) and also an Endurance Event Group Coach and UKA Mental Health Champion.
