Our group runs

We offer 3 different runs in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and the surrounding area

All sessions are suitable for all abilities of runner

1) Tuesday 5k and 10k steady or fartlek run and a beginners introductor run

2) Thursday speedwork session [400m to 1 mile]

3) Sunday 2K and 5K timed run and Half/Marathon training.
We support Blind/Visually Impaired runners for the timed run once a month

There are morning 9am runs by arrangement with leaders
