You start the journey here... Couch to 5k is a 10 week progressive plan to build up from a 60 second run to a consistent 5k run. It is aimed at everyone from complete beginners, runners coming back from injury, or people who just haven't run for a long time! All sessions are run outside, start with a warmup, taken at whatever pace you are comfortable with, and finish off with a cool down. Your run, your pace, no pressure.
