About our group
We are a friendly jogging group offering 3 beginners 0-5K programmes each year and a regular improvers group for those who can already run 5K.
The beginners groups follow a 12 week 0-5k programme and the improvers do a mixture of hill sessions, sprint sessions, fartlek training and 5k runs.
