I enjoy supporting people to learn to run and to learn to run better. My programmes and courses involve more than just running. The benefits of running in a group are numerous and so much more than just improving your physical health.
I lead runs both on and off road, often exploring the South Downs, which means it can sometimes be muddy, there are often hills, but you will finish your run with a smile on your face.
