Our group runs

 Improvers group on Tuesdays at 6:30pm: if you can run/jog 5km (or thereabouts) join the group to improve or maintain your fitness. This group is for all abilities with a couple of different distances to choose from or a fitness based session that can be done at your own pace

Sunday Trail runs: once a month we meet to run for about an hour - usually on the South Downs or somewhere near the Downs with good views. It's a relaxed pace to give you a chance to chat to other runners and enjoy the view.
