Since starting to run in 2002 I've discovered I love a challenge and so find myself now to be an ultra runner and ironman triathlete, albeit a slow one! I've been a Personal Trainer and Coach in Running Fitness for a number of years now with specialisms in core, suspension (TRX) and circuit training, kettle bells, pre- and post-natal exercise, Boxercise, HIIT/Metafit. With regards to running I can help get you to your next race distance, or speed, help with running gait and technique. Got an injury? Perhaps I can tape it for you. Got nutrition questions? I am happy to review food diaries or give advice. On a personal note I'm married, have two step children and one cat. I'm vegetarian, love cake, cooking and music.
