About this run

These sessions are for everyone. Maybe you are preparing for your first 5k run, or have a specific pace, speed or endurance distance in mind. Our runs are first and foremost social, friendly and inclusive. Track based sessions often include intervals, Fartlek, endurance, speed & circuit style fitness sessions. There is no charge for these sessions as they are part of the Bolton Arena Community Run offer. Sessions are suitable/adapted to all abilities. Your Coach is England Athletics qualified as a Coach in Running Fitness (CiRF). All are welcome.
