Elizabeth Murphy

I had never been a runner when a friend dragged me along to the Couch to 5k course with Pendle Leisure in January 2015. After completing the course I started doing parkruns and decided to carry on running with other C25K graduates. Since then I have gained my Leadership in Running Fitness qualification and have completed several 10k races and 4 half marathons .
I have lost weight and feel much happier and healthier that I ever did.
