Deb is CanDo Running's leader. After years sitting on sofa wishing there was something out there for non-runners to help remove stigma and fear whilst creating a comfortable environment for those starting out, Deb decided to set up her own group.
In 2015 Deb became a Run England Qualified Leader in Running Fitness.
Deb isn't a fast runner, nor will she win prizes for long distance, but has completed a range of runs from 5k to marathon. Her favourite runs are full of fun and smiles, enjoying the scenery and if they finish at a cafe she's in heaven!
Aside from running, Deb has a two young children, a husband (who is a fast runner), enjoys chocolate and spends too much time on social media.
