About our group

Castle Park Run Group Couch to 5k.


Friendly coached group helping new and returning runners to complete a 30mins or 5k run over 8 weeks. If you are able to walk briskly for 20mins then you are ready for this group. Suggestions for 2 additional runs each week will be provided.
