Coastal Striders is a friendly and welcoming running club based in Ramsgate, and it's free to join. The club welcomes runners of all abilities from the age of 12 years up, including those that are just starting out on their journey to improved health and fitness and have to run/walk - we all start somewhere! Faster and more experienced runners will also enjoy running in this dynamic group with like-minded people.
Our sessions are bookable via a link, which is available to our members only. If you would like to become a member, we are free to join and it's very quick and easy. Please contact us in advance where we can assist you further with this.
