Welcome to East Durham Running Club

Next run: Monday 29 July 2024

About our group

East Durham Running Club meets on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Monday holds the Just Run, Recovery and Progression Groups and Wednesdays are Jill's Skills & Drills.  Runners are welcome to attend any sessions.

At various times of the year there will be 10-week courses of couch to 5km to help recruit  and encourage new runners who will then feed into the Monday and Wednesday sessions. Next intake is Spring/Summer 2024.
