Embankment Beginners
About our group
If you would like to get fit and healthy and want to get into running, then this 10 week course might just be the kick start you need. We welcome adults of all ages and abilities. Each session consists of a gentle warm up, walk and jog reps, then a cool down and stretches to finish. You can join the group any week, we all support each other and no one gets left behind. Why not come along, have fun, make friends and feel good.
