Embrace The Outdoors are all about helping runners get fitter, more efficient and explore new areas. Are you new to running? Or has your running become stale? 

If you are just going out and running with little structure to your sessions, fear not. Coach in Running Fitness, Damian Parker, is offering weekly coached running sessions to help you mix up your run training. 

What will the weekly sessions entail?

A warmup to get you ready for the session ahead, both mentally and physically. A warmup is also a great place to introduce some running drills to get you thinking about how you move as a runner.  

A main session to help develop one of the key areas of fitness: endurance, speed, strength, flexibility and coordination. Variety is the spice of life, these will offer something different to your usual run of the mill running loop.  

A cool down to help you recover from the session, ready to continue your training throughout the week. 

Alternatively if you would like a 1:1 session please email embracetheoutdoors@outlook.com we're happy to take anyone for a run. 

We're all about making running as fun as possible, whilst being challenging and progressive. These training sessions are for all abilities.  Come and join us for some mud, sweat and grins.
