With easy access to Mincinglake Valley Park, the University, various cycle paths, parks and country lanes we have a huge choice of routes and terrains to offer.  Runs are generally between 4 and 5 miles although as we always have at least 2 leaders we can split the group to cater for ladies who don't wish to run that far.  Some weeks we offer what we term as "effort sessions" which might be hill repeats, speed work etc.
