John Waller

I started running in January 2008 and completed my first 10k at the Great Yorkshire run in September that year. Since then I have completed a number of 5k , 5 mile, 10k, 10 mile, and half marathon races, plus a few 20 mile races , 5 marathons and a 50 mile Ultra Marathon.

I qualified as a Leader in Running Fitness (LiRF) in March 2014, and then took the next step and became a Coach in Running Fitness (CiRF) in July 2016.
