About our group
Headspace running group hopes to provide weekly runs that help you find some time out of every day life.
We will meet outside Greenhill Library each week, and try a variety of routes around the local area at an inclusive pace.
The sessions will be between 45-60mins long, aiming to cover approx. 5-8km at a chatty pace. The plan for each month is as follows:
1st week of the month - 5km
2nd week - 6km
3rd week - 7km
4th week - 8km
During the winter months Hi-vis is mandatory on the runs, this needs to be reflective not just bright colours.
Participants must be able to run for 30mins or run 5km.
The runs will be lead by me, Tessa! I am a mum of two, with a background in both running and fitness. I am a qualified coach and run leader, personal trainer and nutritional adviser.
