8 week Spring Series starting Friday May 3rd Fridays 9:30 - 10:30am Hilly Fields Park Structured group run sessions Explore a variety of run workouts Boost & mix up your running Technique tips for performance & injury prevention Motivation to reach your running goals Build your run fitness effectively Suitable for every running ability We know sometimes you might miss a session for all sorts of reasons so if this happens we'll give you a credit for a popup, dawn or Strength for Runners session (up to 3 sessions). We think running together adds fun, motivation and challenge to running and helps you reach your running goals, whatever they may be. Join our structured group run sessions, each including a warm up, cool down and stretches. Your run leader will be Mary Brooking, an England Athletics licensed coach.
