This session is similar to the Monday morning session, but is never the same! It is a fun session that caters for all abilities within a supportive community. We aim to challenge you within your running, but also recognise that not everyone is focused on PB's, and instead socialisation, others to motivate you, improved mental health, and physical fitness is also important. Everyone is welcome to come join us on a run to see if our sessions are right for you. . . we think they will be!
