The January Star Blazer is... 

Month 1 of Horsham's newest run club comes to an end. 

We have seen 4 different people run with the club. Arlo R, Nicola P, Suzi L and Graham S.

One of these runners has attended the sessions and shown a progression in doing so. 

They did fantastically well in setting a time to beat on our lap that became the time trial loop. In the time trial they knocked a few minutes off their previous best time from the week before and has shown a never give in type of attitude, with a fun loving personality.

Please join me in congratulating the January (and our very first) STAR BLAZER!

Unfortunately Suzi is yet to upload a picture to her profile, but you'll be able to see which person to congratulate by joining us for one of our February sessions. 

I look forward to seeing who stakes the next claim to be Trailblazer of the month.

Graham became our latest trailblazer at our first ever time trial, he showed a good attitude towards getting through as many laps as he could and set a respectable starting time to work on. I look forward to seeing how he progresses.

Suzi overcame nerves to come and join us in only our second ever session.

Suzi showed that she has a fantastic attitude and approach to exercise. She has a certain resilience. I am certain I can see her progressing fantastically well in the future.

Nicola was our first ever Trailblazer to join our session, she ran well and had a never stop kind of attitude.
