About this run

We Meet at Christchurch Park, Westerfield Road Entrance by the shelter. Our Free Runs are for confident runners (regardless of speed!) and for these who have completed our beginners sessions. Independent running within a larger group, we pound the pavement for up to 40 minutes. We do not have 'pace' groups so you are free to do your own thing, run, walk, jeff, skip, whatever! All we ask is that you look out for fellow pedestrians, support your fellow runners and enjoy yourself! You may find yourself running on your own if you have arrived on your own. Please ask one of the run leaders to run with you if you are unsure - we are here to support you but won't impose ourselves if you don't want it!
