Welcome to J and M Running!
About our group
We are a fun, welcoming, and inclusive running community in Mid Sussex. Since 2010, we’ve helped thousands of people to get moving and chase their goals.
Our experienced and friendly team are all England Athletics qualified run leaders and coaches, as well as DBS checked. Whether you’re training for your next marathon or just getting started, they will share advice and techniques that will help you get the most from your running, make progress, and avoid injury.
We offer 8-10 guided sessions a week, as well as 8-week beginner courses starting in April and September each year.
You can enjoy unlimited running with us for just £35/year! And, before you join, we invite you to try out three run sessions for free.
With 200 current members, we know you’ll find like-minded people at J and M. Beyond the regular runs, you’ll be able to join the vibrant community at socials, fundraising events, parkruns near and far, and even overseas running trips.
Finally, as a not-for-profit group, we give our funds to charity, including by supporting J&Mers when they fundraise for the causes that matter to them.
