About this run

Couch to 5K Programme. Meet inside the visitors centre. Couch to 5K is a 12-week jogging course. Please note these sessions follow the NHS Couch to 5k plan (however we have extended our programme to 12 weeks to make it easier to complete) therefore we recommend people attend the full 12 weeks. Supported by Jog Walsall Leaders, Judith Massey and Marie Barr. Please contact the Healthy Spaces Team for more information. Jog Walsall - Free of charge running sessions in the borough of Walsall. We offer Complete Beginner Couch to 5K courses to get you off the couch and become a regular runner through Social Run Together groups and weekend Parkrun and Junior Parkruns.
