Skills & Drills Monday Evening 7pm

A session designed for those already enjoying the benefits of Running but wanting to develop Running Skills & Knowledge.
Predominately educational, covering topics such as: Muscle Conditioning, Good Form, Energy Efficiency, Endurance, Speed Play, Cadence & Splits....
Time Trials are also included in our training programme for Fitness & Personal Development.

Learn 2 Run Tuesday Evening 7pm

This session is designed for individuals with little or no pervious running experience, for those returning from Injury or just wanting to go back to basics to improve running skills & learn good form.
Predominately educational, covering topics such as: Warm Ups, Mobility Exercises, Muscle Conditioning, Good Form (drills) Energy Efficiency, Static Stretches.

Skills 4 Hills Wednesday 7:30pm

Whether you are just starting out, already participating at Parkrun, competing in local events, this type of training will be of benefit to you!
This session will not only teach you the Fundamentals of Hill Running but also how to incorporate them into your weekly training regime. ...
