About our group
We operate jogging programmes designed to encourage people into activity, and then maintain it. We have:
Couch to 5k programmes for people wanting to get started. Currently at Kendal, Ulverston, Carnforth, and National Trust Fell Foot (near Newby Bridge)
Improvers programmes for people wanting to gain more confidence at distances around 5k
Maintainers programme for people wanting to continue at distances around 5k
5k to 10k programmes for people wanting to run on & off road and at further distances
10k to 20k programmes for people wanting to train for half marathons
Guided running services and programmes in conjunction with the National Trust and the Forestry Commission
Bespoke guided runs and programmes depending on your needs
