Improvers course for people able to run 5k non-stop. 8 week programme to improve confidence and help become more comfortable at around 5k distance. These are sessions that we wouldn't normally do on our own as runners. Cost shown is for the full 8 week programme, with one guided/coached run per week. All runs will be conducted in urban areas on pavement/path. Sessions include: Interval Training, Hill Repeats, Cooper Test, One Mile Time Trial, Kenyan Hill Reps .You'll also get tips on technique. Note this session is a bit tougher than our usual sessions. You may be pushed a bit more than our norm, and it may well be less social/chatty
